PS5 Slim Replacement Shell Set 4 Pieces ABS Protective Case for Digital and Optical Drive Models
This replacement shell set gives you a simple way to change the colour or refresh the look of your PS5 Slim console. The kit contains four ABS plastic panels that replace the standard housing on both digital and optical drive versions. With a range of twelve colour options, you can personalise your console to match your room, gaming setup, or personal style. The shells are built from ABS for lightweight durability and measure 25 x 24 x 6.5 cm to fit the PS5 Slim precisely. No permanent modification is required, so you can revert to the original panels at any time.
Features and Construction
This shell set is designed as a direct replacement for the original PS5 Slim panels. Each piece is moulded from ABS plastic to provide a consistent fit and finish.
Material and Build
ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) is a common thermoplastic used in consumer electronics for its good impact resistance and dimensional stability. The shells are formed to match the contours of the PS5 Slim, including ventilation openings. The material provides a solid feel without adding significant weight to the console.
Size and Practical Fit
The shells measure 25 x 24 x 6.5 cm as a set, corresponding to the overall dimensions of the PS5 Slim housing. They are compatible with both digital and optical drive editions of the console. The panels clip into place using the existing mounting points, so no screws or tools are needed for installation.
Uses and Placement
This product is intended for cosmetic customisation of the PS5 Slim. It does not alter the console's performance or cooling capability.
Event or Professional Use
For gaming lounges, content creators, or event setups that require a consistent colour theme, these shells allow quick visual matching across multiple consoles. The variety of colours makes it easy to coordinate with brand colours or décor.
Everyday Home Use
If you simply want to change the appearance of your own console to better suit your living space, this kit offers a low-effort option. The colours range from neutral tones like white and black to bolder options like Volcano Red and Cobalt Crystal Blue.
Benefits and Buying Value
This shell set provides a reversible way to update the look of your PS5 Slim without voiding any warranty if you follow proper installation procedures.
Reuse and Low Maintenance
The original panels can be stored and refitted later, allowing you to switch colours as needed. ABS plastic is easy to clean with a soft, dry cloth, helping the shells stay presentable with minimal effort.
Why Choose This Product
If you value the ability to personalise your console with a wide colour selection and a straightforward installation process, this replacement shell set delivers that. The use of ABS material and the specific sizing for PS5 Slim ensure the panels fit securely without gaps or rattling.
