An overheating engine can bring any journey to a halt. This automotive electric fan delivers strong, directed airflow to help keep your vehicle's radiator and engine bay at a safe operating temperature. Powered by an ABS motor and available in 5V, 12V, or 24V versions, it is a flexible cooling solution for cars, vans, and other vehicles. The three-head design increases coverage, while the compact 30.2 x 13.5 x 9.8 cm unit fits into tight engine compartments or can be used to ventilate the cabin. With a 1.3-metre cable and choice of cigarette lighter or USB connection, installation is straightforward and adaptable to your vehicle's electrical system.

Features and Construction

This fan is built around practical engineering for reliable cooling in automotive settings. The following details cover its design, power options, and physical dimensions.

Material and Build

The fan's housing uses ABS material for the motor casing, offering a lightweight yet sturdy frame that can withstand regular engine-bay vibrations. The overall unit weighs approximately 615 g net (730 g gross), making it easy to handle and install without adding significant weight to your vehicle.

Size and Practical Fit

Measuring approximately 30.2 cm wide, 13.5 cm tall, and 9.8 cm deep, the fan is compact enough to mount in many engine bays, behind grilles, or inside the cabin. The included 1.3-metre cable provides sufficient reach to connect to a nearby power source without excessive slack.

Uses and Placement

This fan serves multiple cooling roles across different vehicle types. Its three-head design directs airflow to specific areas, improving efficiency in various scenarios.

Event or Professional Use

Mechanics and automotive enthusiasts can use this fan as a portable radiator cooling unit during repairs, diagnostics, or after heavy use on track days. Its 12V and 24V options mean it can be powered directly from the vehicle's battery or auxiliary outlet.

Everyday Home Use

For daily drivers, the fan helps maintain engine temperature during stop-start traffic or while towing. It can also be set up in the cabin to ventilate the interior on hot days, provided the power source is compatible.

Benefits and Buying Value

This fan offers straightforward benefits for vehicle maintenance and comfort, with a focus on practicality and compatibility.

Reuse and Low Maintenance

The ABS motor and plastic fan blades are designed for long-term use with little routine care. Simply keep the unit clean and dry, and check the cable periodically for wear. The fan can be moved between vehicles as needed.
