With a native resolution of 640x360P and support for 1080p input signals, it connects to common media players for movies, slideshows, or casual gaming. Weighing just 252g and housed in durable ABS plastic, this portable unit is easy to move from room to room or take on short trips. It comes with the necessary accessories to get started, including a power adapter and AV cable, making it a straightforward option for those new to projection.
Features and Construction
The M24 is built around a simple LED light source and a compact chassis, prioritising portability and ease of use over advanced specifications. Its design focuses on being a low-cost entry point for projection, suitable for temporary or recreational use.
Material and Build
The projector is made from ABS plastic, a common material chosen for its lightweight and practical properties. The net weight of 252g means it can be held in one hand or placed on a shelf without difficulty. The overall packed dimensions are 190 x 168 x 82mm, confirming its status as a mini device.
Size and Practical Fit
With its small footprint, the M24 can sit on a desk, bedside table, or shelf without dominating the space. Its portability is one of its main practical advantages, as it can be moved easily between locations. The included AV cable allows connection to older media players or game consoles.
Uses and Placement
This projector is marketed for use as a gift or small toy, indicating it is aimed at casual, non-professional scenarios. It can add a fun element to movie nights or serve as an introductory device for children or young people interested in projection.
Event or Professional Use
The M24 is not designed for demanding professional presentations or high-brightness environments. Its resolution and light output are better suited to darkened rooms for recreational viewing. It could be used at small informal gatherings to project video from a connected source.
Everyday Home Use
At home, this projector can be set up in a bedroom or living room for watching films or playing video games on a larger surface. Its small size means it can be stored away easily when not in use. The simple connectivity reduces the learning curve for first-time users.
Benefits and Buying Value
The main value of the M24 lies in its ultra-portability and low entry cost. It provides a taste of projection without the commitment of larger, more expensive models. Its lightweight build and simple accessory kit make it a low-hassle purchase.
Reuse and Low Maintenance
As a solid-state LED projector, the M24 requires minimal maintenance beyond keeping the lens clean. It can be used repeatedly for casual viewing without the running costs of traditional lamps. The included manual provides basic guidance for long-term use.
Why Choose This Product
If you are looking for an inexpensive, very portable projector for occasional use or as a gift, the M24 fits that need. It offers 1080p input support, a choice of colour finishes (gold or white), and compatibility with multiple plug types (EU, UK, US). Its CE and ROHS certifications indicate it meets basic safety and environmental standards.
